Fill out the form below to place your order. Be sure to include your full name and address, and especially an email address at which we can reach you. For custom items, type any special instructions in the Comments section. For Available Now Items, simply enter the Ordering Code from the Available Now page. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us. The form allows you to order up to 3 custom items and 3 available now items at one time; to order more, submit multiple orders.
Note: Please order extra cuddle cup pillows as their own separate Custom items on the form.You will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours of submitting your order. If you do not receive an email, contact us to make sure the order went through. NOTE: If you do not reply to the confirmation email within 72 hours of receiving it in your Inbox, the order will be considered suspended and available now items will go back up for sale.
If you must cancel orders, kindly do so within 24 hours of confirmation for available now items, and within 3-5 days of confirmation for custom items. Once I receive payment the order is final and will ship.
Shipping costs for the continental US are $4 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item after that. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii and to international locations; please Contact us for an estimate. Cuddle Cups may include one extra pillow per cup at no additional shipping cost.
Note: Illinois customers will have an additional sales tax, as we are currently located in Illinois.
